My Rival LLC makes My Rival, a personal-growth app. You design yourself, and a rival who is a consistent version of you. They keep a pace. You keep a record. The organization and this website are at my-rival.com.
What we do
The strongest characters in a long story are rarely training alone. Someone else is also showing up. Most people do not have that person. My Rival is the record of one: the days you kept, the days you did not, and a rival who does not skip.
You choose the work. Read twenty pages a day. Learn five words a week. Train three times. The rival is set to that pace. Through the week you log what you actually did. When the week closes, the two marks are compared. Every four weeks the rival’s pace is reviewed against yours.
You
A name, a face, and the work you mean to keep.
The rival
The same aims, kept without a missed day.
The week
A live mark, then a settled win, loss, or draw.
My Rival Plus
The app can be used with one rival and no subscription. One friend challenge a month is free. Plus is unlimited rivals, challenges, and Commons.
$6.99 a month, or $39.99 a year after 7 free days. Crew is $79.99 a year for the host and three friends.
When the iOS app is on the App Store, Apple processes the subscription. This website does not take card numbers.
